PM2PM is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. If bad weather or an illness happens and you need to cancel, guests who get travel insurance through allianztravelinsurance.com, which offers packages that cover illness and weather, can file a claim through Allianz if something happens.
For security purposes, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door and cameras facing the driveway at each PM2PM. There are no other cameras inside your PM2PM home.
All PM2PM are pet-friendly and we welcome our guests’ furry friends on their stays with them. However, we do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our homes’ delicate luxury furniture and linens. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, Tesla, or spa facilities. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended unless crated. Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file. For those who would like to bring a pet, there is a + $150 per pet charge at check-out, which goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules.
By booking, you agree if law enforcement, fire or security personnel visit the PM2PM home during your stay law Enforcement, fire or security personnel and PM2PM have the right to have you and anyone staying with you vacate the PM2PM home with no credits or refund.
There is a 3-night minimum stay for all PM2PM homes. We only accept 1 or 2-night bookings if there is a gap between existing bookings. You should be able to do that in-app automatically in those situations!
There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control from the PM2PM. Please note the Smart Home Controls are in Beta and we appreciate you booking during the beta period. The home’s lock and lights will be available in the app, and we are constantly adding improvements to the functionality. Our PM2PM Concierge will support over text but if you aren’t comfortable using tech, it may not be an enjoyable experience.
You can check-in anytime after 4:00 pm. Check-outs happen before 10:00 am. To ensure we have enough time to get the home cleaned to PM2PM standards for the following guest, we can’t accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Most PM2PM are awesome for kids and they are always welcome. However, some may not be safe for small children. By booking, you agree to carefully read the “children safety” and “before you book” sections and to not leave your children unattended.
If it is more than 14 days before your check-in date: you can freely move your stay, or receive PM2PM credits of the full value of your trip which you can spend on any future stay at any PM2PM property. If it is less than 14 days before your check-in date: you can no longer move your trip. We will re-list your dates and attempt to re-book them. If we are successful, you will receive PM2PM credit for whatever dates we are able to re-book. We allow you to re-sell or gift your dates if you have a colleague or friend who can make them. In this case, just let Concierge know their name and email. By booking, you agree and understand PM2PM does not give refunds, only credits under the stated conditions.
Discounts and promotions can only be applied during the check out process within the PM2PM ecosystem. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to past stays or stays already booked. Promotions cannot be applied to a trip that was cancelled then re-booked for the same dates. Promotions cannot be transferred to credits or cash.

PM2PM is perfect for those who love adventure, new experiences and technology. We find homes in the most inspiring of locations, which means that our properties can be a bit off-the-beaten-path, with some even positioned on high cliffs or up a steep drive. We take pride in the fact that our homes are equipped with the latest in smart home technology, but understand not everyone may be as excited about and comfortable with those functionalities as we are. Please be sure to read through our policies and each home’s description thoroughly to ensure that PM2PM and the property that you are booking is right for you and your party. If anything is damaged when you arrive, you agree to let Concierge know via text at 737-377-3205 on the day of your arrival. You are responsible for any damage to the home, furniture, equipment or Tesla during your stay. You operate the Tesla, gym equipment, pools, hot tubs, saunas, and all amenities at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the well-being of you and your party during your stay, including supervising children on the property and while swimming. You agree all activities are at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for staying away from cliff-edges, swimming safely, and following local laws.
Open flames including candles are prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles on a cake, or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace provided by PM2PM.
21 is the minimum age to book a PM2PM.
